Not good. Differently made dress for the same size/design—really weird. Unfortunately customer care is very interested in the matter on their end, but completely disinterested and suggested I have an invisible snap added to my gaping neck problem with the Teal Cotton Easy Dress—seriously??!!!
I’d previously ordered the same dress in Red. The neckline was 7.5” deep and perfect. In the same order, the Teal version was 8.5” deep. Funny story. I snagged and hugely ripped my Red Easy Cotton Dress seconds after putting it on. In a hurry and with no plan B, I ripped the tag off the Teal, set the dryer to de-wrinkle and threw it on soon after. Each side flopped out widely,… it isn’t like the Red one. I must now take the Teal dress to my seamstress to make it wearable because I’d already ripped the tag off the Teal one and threw it in the dryer before I even tried it on so I knew I couldn’t return it. Back to the Red dress... I reordered the Red version because I desperately needed a breathable cotton red dress for an event during our hot Louisiana weather. It arrived a few days ago and I just had a moment to open it this morning. Like the first Red one, this one is 7.5” deep at the V in the neckline but I apparently ordered a size L/XL instead of my regular size (no biggie, it can be exchanged easily) The neckline in the larger red dress is also consistent with my previous M/L. So after being prompted to review the Teal dress several times, I decided to give everyone this news as an FYI.
I love this dress! Word it on a hot day to move my daughter into college, and to teach a class, and to just walk around my neighborhood.
